Thomas joined Northview Hotel Group in 2024 and is responsible for shaping and executing revenue and operating strategies across the Northview portfolio. He has 12+ years of Revenue Management, Financial Planning, and Analytics experience for the hospitality industry.

Before Northview, Thomas most recently served on the opening team of Fontainebleau Las Vegas as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where he led the Planning, Labor Management, and Business Intelligence verticals. He also served on the pre-opening team of the property during its previous iteration Drew Las Vegas as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Revenue Management.

Prior to Fontainebleau, Thomas led the roll out of the Financial Planning team for real estate technology startup Kasa Living. His prior experience on the Las Vegas Strip also includes a five-year tenure with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where he served in several key leadership positions in Revenue Management and Financial Planning and Analysis.

Thomas earned a B.S. at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
